Commanding the company's first foray into the Los Angeles market, Chandler Corners will transform an existing 1980's class A office building and adjacent vacant sites into high-design live-work lofts, townhomes and flats with associated landscaping, parking and roof-top pool amenities. The project envisions approximately 152 creative spaces for occupation in late 2007.
