Urban sophistication in the heart of Sacramento
More than a decade after the completion of Holliday Development’s first loft projects in San Francisco, loft living remains undiscovered in many other California cities, including the capital, Sacramento. Recognizing an opportunity to bring adaptive reuse to Sacramento, Holliday Development negotiated with the Capital Area Development Agency and the Sacramento Housing Redevelopment Authority to convert a prominent warehouse in Sacramento’s Capitol Park neighborhood into live/work housing units.
When completed, Capitol Lofts will feature large windows, high ceilings, industrial architecture, dramatic views, and spacious, flexible layouts, as well as beautifully landscaped gardens and a retail space.
