We measure our success by the value, both real and perceived, that we create for our customers, our partners, and our communities.   Holliday Development was the first developer to deliver New York–inspired lofts to San Francisco. Since our 1988 conversion of 601 Fourth Street, a onetime wine-distribution warehouse in the South of Market area, we have developed more than 1,000 homes and lofts and transacted more than $300 million in real estate business. Our portfolio today includes renovated and rehabilitated landmark buildings, such as San Francisco’s Clocktower and 1000 Van Ness Avenue, as well as cutting-edge developments such as the Emeryville Warehouse and Walnut Creek’s Iron Horse Lofts. Historically, the homes we’ve built have appreciated at more than the market rate.
